Terms of Sale

Below you’ll find all the necessary information about shopping with us, including your rights & what you can expect from us. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.

2. Payment

We accept payment securely through Vipps & other available payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order.

For bookings, photo services or rentals, an invoice option may be available upon request.

3. Delivery

For physical products (e.g. vintage props):

  • We pack and ship within 3 working days.

  • Delivery time depends on your location & chosen shipping method.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

For services (e.g. photography, film production):

  • Delivery time for edited images/videos will be agreed upon in writing before the project begins.

  • Digital files are delivered via secure download or external storage.

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days for physical goods bought online.

To use your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been completed (e.g. photography work that has been delivered), or custom-made products.

5. Return

If you wish to return a product:

  • Contact us at info@folkfika.com within 14 days.

  • The item must be in unused condition & returned in original packaging.

  • Once we receive & approve the return, we will issue a refund.

6. Complaints Handling

If a product or service is faulty or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible at info@folkfika.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

According to Norwegian law, you have a two-year right to complain about a product or service.

7. Conflict Resolution

We always aim to solve issues directly with our customers in a friendly & professional manner. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, you may contact:
